Program delivery and reporting support for nonprofits and community organizations.

Community organizations lead their programs. We add delivery staff and documentation kept to government contract standards. Across 30+ active partnerships, we help programs reach their communities and produce reporting in the format funders expect.

The work

Public-contract practices for nonprofit programs

Funders want measurable outcomes and accurate reporting, communities need flexible, personal help, and the same small staff is often responsible for both. We bring the operational practices we use under public contracts (session documentation, outcome tracking, reporting that reconciles) to the nonprofit's own programs, so its staff can stay focused on the community.

Partnerships vary. We may deliver services inside a partner's program, run its documentation and reporting, or help an organization set up a new funded program from the start. In every case, the outcome data belongs to the organization and shows funders what their support produced.

Partnership models

Four ways we work with community organizations

We scope each partnership to the organization's program and funding. These are the most common arrangements.

A community program session in progress

01

Program Delivery Partnership

We provide the coordinators, providers, or specialists a funded program needs (vetted to our standard, scheduled reliably, and documented session by session), while the organization keeps ownership of the mission and the community relationship.

  • Vetted delivery personnel
  • Reliable scheduling and coverage
  • Session-level documentation
  • Mission ownership stays with you

02

Outcome Documentation & Funder Reporting

We define measurable outcomes based on the funder's expectations, track them from the first day of service, and produce reporting that a program officer can present to their own board. We can build the system, run it, or both.

  • Outcome measures defined up front
  • Tracking from the first day of service
  • Funder-format reporting
  • Accurate data, including shortfalls

03

Community Outreach & Family Engagement

We plan and run outreach with schools, families, and neighborhood organizations, in the languages and places the community uses, and we track engagement so the results of outreach can be measured.

  • School and family network outreach
  • Culturally aware engagement
  • Enrollment and attendance support
  • Engagement tracking and measurement

04

Operational Capacity Support

For organizations taking on larger programs or their first public funding, we help set up operations (intake workflows, documentation standards, compliance calendars, reporting routines) that a small team can run and that meet oversight requirements.

  • Intake and workflow design
  • Documentation standards that fit
  • Compliance and reporting calendars
  • Built for small teams to sustain

How partnerships work

The organization keeps ownership of its program and data

We structure every partnership so the organization stays in control of its program:

  1. 01

    Scope to the funding

Partnerships are designed around the grant or contract: its outcomes, reporting calendar, and budget.

  2. 02

    Work under your name

Our staff work under your program's name. We do not brand the work as ours.

  3. 03

    Document for the funder

Every delivered session and tracked outcome is recorded in the format your funder expects.

  4. 04

    Leave the systems with you

Systems, templates, and trained staff remain with the organization after the engagement.

Common questions

What kinds of organizations do you partner with?

Community-based organizations and local programs whose work overlaps our competence: education support, youth development, family services, and community engagement. We have 30+ active partnerships, most in New York City. Size and budget vary; what our partners share is a funded program that needs reliable delivery and documentation that holds up to review.

Do you help with grant applications?

We work mainly on the delivery and reporting side: defining measurable outcomes, building budgets based on real delivery costs, and providing the documentation record that strengthens future applications. Organizations often involve us when designing a proposed program, so that what they promise a funder can be delivered and measured.

How do you charge for partnership work?

Fees are scoped to the program's funding and agreed in writing up front, typically tied to defined deliverables or delivery volume, so the organization can report costs accurately to its funders. We size each engagement to fit the program's budget.

What does a funder see from a program you support?

Outcome reporting in the funder's expected format, on the funder's calendar, backed by session-level documentation, with the organization's name on it. When something underperforms, the report says so and includes a corrective plan. In our experience, funders renew programs that report accurately and document their work, and that is the reporting we build.
