Questions families and schools ask
The answers, on the record
What qualifications do your providers hold?
Our network includes licensed special education teachers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, school psychologists, and licensed clinical counselors (LCSW/LMHC). Every provider is credentialed for the service they deliver, cleared to work with children, and supported by our coordination team throughout the engagement.
How do your services align with IEP and IDEA requirements?
Every service we deliver maps to the student's IEP or IESP mandate. We work within the framework of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA): providers follow the frequency, duration, and goals written into the plan, document each session, and contribute to the progress reporting that schools and committees rely on at review time.
What age groups do you serve?
We support students from early childhood through grade 12 — including early intervention coordination for infants and toddlers, preschool special education for ages 3–5, and the full K-12 range. Provider matching accounts for the age group as well as the mandate.
How do you measure student progress?
Providers document every session and track progress against the measurable goals in each student's plan. Families and school teams receive regular progress updates, and our coordinators review the documentation for completeness — so when an annual review or reevaluation comes up, the record is already in order.
Who do you work with?
Public school districts, charter schools, private and parochial schools, and specialized educational facilities — as well as families whose children have an IEP or IESP in place. Our team includes certified teachers, service providers, and coordinators who work directly with schools to ensure students receive the services they are entitled to.
How quickly can services begin?
Once a mandate and paperwork are confirmed, we match from a network of 300+ engaged providers. Timelines vary with the service type and location, but our coordination team responds to every inquiry within 24 hours — typically within 4–6 — and treats unserved mandates with urgency.
