Licensed clinical services for children in schools and homes.

Much of our work covers both education and healthcare. Licensed clinicians deliver speech, occupational, physical, behavioral, and mental-health services to children in schools, homes, and community settings, and we meet the privacy and coordination obligations of both fields.

The work

Clinical care in schools and homes

For most children, school is their most consistent point of contact with the service system. That is why so much pediatric therapeutic care (speech-language pathology, occupational and physical therapy, behavioral intervention, counseling) is delivered through educational settings, and why providers need to know both education and healthcare regulations. Our clinicians work within their licenses, our coordinators follow both FERPA and HIPAA-aware standards, and families deal with one coordinated team instead of two separate systems.

We are not a hospital system. Our healthcare work is limited to licensed, school- and home-based clinical services for children and the coordination around them, including insurance navigation for families.

Clinical service areas

Therapy, behavioral health, evaluations, and insurance support

Every service is delivered by a licensed clinician credentialed for that discipline, supported by coordinators who connect care across a child's providers.

Therapeutic Services

Speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and feeding therapy, delivered by licensed therapists against documented goals, with progress tracked session by session and reported in language both clinicians and school teams can use.

  • Licensed SLPs, OTs, and PTs
  • Goal-based, documented sessions
  • School and home delivery
  • Progress reports for clinicians and schools

02

Behavioral & Mental Health Services

ABA programs run by BCBAs or supervised providers, plus counseling from licensed clinical social workers and mental health counselors. Care is trauma-informed and coordinated with families and school teams, because a behavior plan works best when the adults around the child follow it consistently.

  • BCBA-led behavioral programs
  • LCSW / LMHC counseling
  • Trauma-informed practice
  • Family and school coordination

03

Developmental Evaluations

Comprehensive child development evaluations with clear clinical findings and a usable plan, written in plain language for families, structured for school committees, and handled with the privacy protections health information requires.

  • Comprehensive developmental assessment
  • Plain-language family reporting
  • Committee-ready documentation
  • Privacy-first records handling

Insurance & Coverage Navigation

A recommended service is often delayed by an insurance question. We guide families through coverage for evaluations and therapies: what their plan covers, what documentation it requires, and how to pursue it.

How we coordinate care

Coordinating care across education and healthcare

Care delivered through schools can break down between school and clinic, between providers, and between systems. We address this in four ways:

  1. 01

    License first

Every clinical service is delivered by a provider licensed and credentialed for that specific discipline, verified before the first session.

  2. 02

Keep the child's team in contact

Our coordinators keep the therapists, teachers, counselors, and parents serving the same child in contact, with consent.

  3. 03

    Protect the record

Health-related information is handled with HIPAA-aware safeguards, and education records under FERPA.

  4. 04

    Track progress

Goals are measurable, sessions are documented, and progress reports tell families accurately how their child is progressing.

Common questions

How do you handle health information privacy?

Health-related information in our clinical and therapeutic services is handled with HIPAA-aware safeguards, and student records fall under FERPA. Our documentation and consent practices are designed around both. Information is shared among a child's providers only with appropriate consent, and our coordinators are trained on where each line sits.

Who delivers your clinical services?

Licensed professionals credentialed for their specific discipline: speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, school psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers and mental health counselors (LCSW/LMHC). Every provider is verified and cleared to work with children before a first session, and behavioral providers work under appropriate BCBA supervision.

Do you work with healthcare organizations directly?

Our primary healthcare work is delivering clinical services in educational and home settings, and we coordinate with a child's outside clinicians, pediatricians, and care teams. For organizations whose programs overlap our work (pediatric therapy, school-based health, family support), we can discuss partnership. We do not take on clinical work outside our areas of practice.

How does insurance coverage guidance actually work?

A coordinator walks the family through it: what the recommended evaluation or therapy is, what their coverage typically requires, what documentation to gather, and what to do when an answer doesn't come. We do not claim to be advocates who can force an outcome. We help families keep pursuing services they're entitled to when the process is slow or confusing.

Tell us what clinical services are needed.

Families, schools, and partner organizations all start the same way: describe the child's or the program's needs.
