Regulatory & Grant Support

Regulatory and grant support for healthcare organizations.

Close-up of hands separating tabbed dividers in a thick binder under a desk lamp.

We help healthcare organizations keep up with healthcare regulations and pursue funding without slowing care delivery. Our work pairs clear, documented compliance practices with grant planning and post-award support so programs stay eligible and sustainable.

Compliance obligations and funding requirements are closely linked.

Missed steps can jeopardize accreditation or grant awards. A documented approach protects programs, supports quality, and prepares organizations to apply for available funding. We coordinate with legal counsel as needed and do not provide legal advice.

Compliance and funding support

Healthcare rules and funding programs change often. From accreditation readiness to grant applications and reporting, we provide the structure, templates, and coaching teams need to meet requirements.

Healthcare regulatory compliance and audit preparation
We track updates to the rules that apply to an organization, organize the supporting evidence, train staff, and stay on hand while an audit is under way.
Government and foundation grant writing and post-award management
Proposals are written to match each funder's program guidance and eligibility criteria, and once an award is made we help manage its obligations.
Accreditation and survey readiness, including mock surveys
Documents are put in order and staff are trained ahead of a survey, with a practice run beforehand and help drafting corrective-action plans afterward.
Risk management and ongoing compliance monitoring tools
Teams receive templates and a monitoring routine that flag missed steps early, along with coaching on how to keep them current.
Grant compliance and reporting assistance
After an award, we help staff keep track of the conditions attached to the funding and prepare the reports the funder expects, so the program stays eligible.
Policy and procedure development with implementation support
Written policies and procedures are drafted or revised to fit current requirements, and staff are trained and coached as the changes take effect.

How an engagement works

Pick any part of the sentence to see the detail.

First, track the requirements. Then pursue the funding. Next, prepare for surveys. Finally, correct and build capacity.

We track regulatory updates, organize evidence, and keep programs aligned with healthcare regulations and standards.

Common questions

What regulations do you help organizations comply with?

We support the regulatory and accreditation requirements that apply to each organization, including New York State licensing rules and workplace safety standards. We track updates, organize evidence, and provide ongoing monitoring and coaching. We coordinate with legal counsel as needed and do not provide legal advice.

Which grants do you help secure?

We focus on government health grants and select private foundation opportunities that fit an organization's programs and readiness. We align proposals with program guidance, eligibility criteria, and compliance obligations. Awards are not guaranteed.

How do you support organizations during audits or surveys?

We assist with preparation and document organization, staff training, and real-time support during surveys. Afterward, we analyze findings, draft corrective-action plans, and help implement changes that prevent future issues.

If the same person handles compliance and grant deadlines

We find out a rule changed when a surveyor or auditor tells us.
Give each requirement an owner, a review date and a folder where the evidence lives. That is what reviewers ask to see. We help set up that tracking, organize the evidence and coach staff, and we coordinate with your legal counsel instead of giving legal advice.
We won the grant. Now the reporting and documentation is a second job.
Post-award trouble tends to come from a few places: staff time charged to a grant without records made at the time, missing cost documentation and late reports. Set up the reporting calendar and the time records as soon as the award starts. We can help build both and assist with the reports.
A funding notice is out and we do not know if we are ready to apply.
Check eligibility before anyone writes. For New York State grants, a nonprofit that is not prequalified by the application deadline will not have its proposal evaluated. Call with the notice and we can talk through fit and readiness, knowing that no award is ever certain.
Have this ready when you call
  • The notice, audit or survey in question, and its date
  • Current grants and their reporting schedules
  • Findings from your last audit or survey
  • Your New York State prequalification status
  • Who signs off on applications and policies

You can call without all of these. We will work out the rest with you.
