Our Academic Intervention Programs provide targeted support for students who are not yet meeting grade-level expectations in core subjects. Using research-based strategies, individualized instruction, and careful progress monitoring, we help students build the skills and confidence needed for school success. When services are authorized by a school district/DOE, they are provided at no cost to eligible families; private pay is also available.
Academic intervention offers intensive, focused instruction for students performing below grade level in reading, mathematics, or other core subjects. At Knowledge Road, state-certified teachers and academic specialists use proven curricula and clear teaching routines to accelerate learning and strengthen foundational skills.
We support students in grades K–12, with particular emphasis on early literacy, numeracy, and executive functioning. Instruction is data-driven, progress-monitored, and coordinated with classroom teaching.
